What’s included

01: COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY CALL

The purpose of this session is for us to learn more about each other, discuss your personal wellness goals and how I could help you achieving them. It’s also an opportunity to find out if we will be the right fit.

02: HEALTH HISTORY SESSION

Before we start, you’ll be completing a questionnaire to draw out key information on which areas you would like to work on, and to help us set tangible and inspiring goals throughout the coaching sessions.

03: A 90MIN GOAL & INTENTION-SETTING SESSION

During our first session I will help you to define 2-3 core goals and set intentions for your transformational journey.

04: COACHING SESSIONS

We’ll meet up every two weeks via video call for 60min, for a total of 10 sessions. During these sessions you will receive my unconditional personalised support tailored to your specific goals. We will work together on an action plan that fits into your schedule. Overcome any road-blocks that may arise, and build realistic and practical habits helping you get closer to your goals every week.

05: UNLIMITED EMAIL SUPPORT

Throughout the 6 months you’ll get detailed email support recapping our sessions and your action points. I will be available for added support between each session if you are feeling stuck or have any questions.

06: ACCOUNTABILITY

I’ll be there to support you every step of the way, keep you accountable and help you achieve your goals.

07: TAILORED SUPPORTIVE RESOURCES

During the programme I will share with you personalised resources tailored to your needs and goals.

08: WELCOME PACK

To celebrate the start of your coaching programme you will receive my favourite easy and healthy recipes e-book and self-care tool-box, to get you started on the right track.

We will be using self-awareness and conscious living combined with a holistic health coaching approach to transform your emotional, physical and mental well-being.

How it works

It’s an 8-week coaching programme. We’ll meet for a 1-hour mindfulness session via video call once per week.

I will help you to get to the heart of physical and emotional eating challenges. Through a variety of mindfulness techniques, including eating exercises, mindful movement, self-kindness, and guided meditation, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to enhance the connection with the body and to develop self-regulation strategies.

I will also be available for email support to answer any questions and guide you through any blockers or challenges that come up.
