I’m Amélie Prot, a Certified Holistic Health & Life Coach, passionate about helping overworked, busy professional women lead happier, healthier lives mentally, physically and emotionally. My approach helps my clients to break free from their own vicious circle of stress – sleepless nights, feeling constantly wired, low energy, unhealthy relationships with food with comfort and emotional eating, yo-yo restricted diets, putting themselves last – so that they can thrive in their personal and professional life without becoming another burnout statistic.

I equip my clients with the right tools to become their own health experts, allowing them to live happier, healthier and more vibrant lives.

We are all born with a unique set of genes which makes us different right from the start. Our upbringing, lifestyle choices and personal life-story add more colours and layers to who we are and our uniqueness. That’s why one-to-one health coaching is not one-size-fits-all, but is a bio-individual approach tailormade for you and your needs ONLY. Because what works for one person may not work for another.

We look at nutrition and also how to develop a healthy and happy relationship with food. Not only what you eat but also how you eat, when and how you’re moving, what you’re cooking, where you’re focusing, what brings you joy, how you’re feeling, and where you want to go next on your health journey. All to create the healthier version of yourself that you want to become.
