'Menopause is an important transition in every woman's life. Women and people around them shouldn't feel alone navigating it.'

I help organisations support their female leaders to stay on top of their game throughout Menopause, as well as educating all employees on its impact in the workplace. This fosters a supportive and inclusive culture in which people feel able to talk more openly and confidently about Menopause.

Supporting corporate menopause well-being is close to my heart, having spent 16 years working within international organisations in learning and development leadership roles for global and remote teams. My experience gives me a first-hand appreciation of the challenges faced by HR/Well-being leaders, managers and their employees.

In addition to working directly with female employees, I also support HR leaders and Business owners to break down the stigma of ‘Menopause At Work’ - by creating menopause strategy, awareness, knowledge and support to enable their organisations to nurture and retain their female talent.

Menopause education and support not only empower employees going through menopause but also enable leaders and colleagues to understand how to support them.

I offer engaging and impactful Women's Health & Menopause programmes, educational workshops/talks tailored to specific audiences, manager training, individual and group coaching and resources.
